POSITION DETAILS

Salary Range: $100-140K
5-10 yrs exp

Relocation is Available
Travel: 10%

DESCRIPTION
This important position serves as the systems integration leader for the
787-9 platform reporting to 787-9 platform Chief Engineer.

Position drives requirements from the Specification Control Drawing (SCD)
level received from the customer to the detailed component level. Makes sure
requirements received from the customer are at the tier 3 level, are
validated and are verifiable at the tier 3 level.

Drives the planning and implementation for the facilities that will be
required for the HS verification efforts from the component level to the
tier 3 system level.

Drives the creation of a verification plan that will support the certification requirements of the program.
Drives closure to system level trade studies

Position will be responsible for:

1. Decomposing Customer integration SCD to SIRD
   (System integration requirements document).
2. The verification methods and plans
3. Meeting the goals on schedule and to cost
4. Managing the status and forecasted success of verification level metrics
5. Test planning and execution to support verification plan objectives
6. Coordination of system level trade studies
7. Handling Risk Management (System or sub-system level)
8. Development / maintenance of technical risk analysis methods, gap closure
   plans
9. Driving technical risk mitigation plans to closure and communicate risk status to management

   ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS BSME or BSEE 10 years of relevant Systems
   experience in the aviation environment.

   CANDIDATE MUST HAVE
   FAA certification experience
   10 years establishing requirements at a system level
   10 Years requirements verifications experience
   10 years experience executing requirements on large commercial programs
