You will work in a fast paced environment with an entrepreneurial team in an exciting industry. We are looking for a highly motivated, hard working former college athlete or coach with excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality and in-depth knowledge of collegiate athletics and the recruiting process.

What you will be doing:

The head recruiter coach will oversee the national recruitment process which connects student-athletes, high school coaches, and collegiate coaches. This will include working direction with collegiate coaches and evaluating talent at the high school level.   • First point of contact for new student-athletes/families enrolled into the agency
    • Welcome and schedule initial calls between a Recruiting Coach and a newly enrolled family.
  • Host educational huddles (group conference calls for members)
    • Welcome calls to get new members started on the right foot
    • Freshman/Sophomore goal setting
  • Customer service specialist for all student-athlete and family inquiries
    • Answer main phone line and member lines
    • Field recruiting questions
    • Proactively check-in with members through phone and email
    • Schedule individual calls between a Head Recruiting Coach and a student-athlete
    • Monitor and answer "Recruiting help" Inbox

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Collegiate sports experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required, including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Excellent typing skills
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Strong work ethic with team player mentality
  • Professional, friendly phone demeanor
  • Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) in a professional manner at all levels of the organization
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to meet deadlines
