The Water/Wastewater Business Line Manager is a leadership position to develop and oversee the Water/Wastewater business within the Southern California region. In this role, the individual will expand our Water/Wastewater consulting business by drawing upon his or her contacts and relationships among public and private sector clients to develop business and use his or her project management skills to successfully run the projects.

THE Ideal candidate will have ten or more years consulting experience in the execution, design & delivery of complex water distribution and treatment projects plus wastewater collection and treatment projects.

Requirements include - Civil Engineering degree or related degree, a California P.E. license or the ability to become registered within 6 months; established relationships with So. California decision-makers and a proven track record of success in business development and client management within the water/wastewater field.  Candidates will have outstanding project management skills, management and supervisory experience; excellent communication skills, professional references and a reputation as a results-oriented individual.  Looking for local candidates that understands our market AND have existing relationships to build upon.
