Mandatory Requirements  :   
Number of Position : One 1. An Associate’s Degree or higher must list degree received, name and location of college/university, and the date when the degree was received. 2. Minimum of 2 years experience in N-tiered client/server development. 3. Minimum of 2 years experience in Web Services 4. Minimum of 2 years experience in Visual Studio.Net

Desirable Requirements  :   
1. Two or more years experience with Oracle, writing SQL, SQL stored procedures, and designing table structures. 2. Three or more years experience coding Microsoft VB.NET (Web Services, Web Forms, .Net classes) / ASP.NET web applications; and three years experience using Visual Studio .NET IDE, building and installing .NET web sites. Knowledge of accessibility compliance issues a plus. 3. Three or more years developing/maintaining web applications built with HTML and older ASP/COM architecture. 4. One or more years experience coding to meet web application security protocols. Preferably using LDAP and Netegrity SiteMinder. 5. Three or more years experience analyzing business processes and workflows, and working with non-technical staff to develop system specifications and resolve problems. UML experience a plus. 6. One or more years experience developing projects related to social service programs or financial-based systems (i.e., Food Stamps, Medicaid, HEAP, TANF).
