Job Description :-

Onboarding Manager: will service as technical architect, system subject matter expert, analyst, and PM helping to connect new clients and update exist clients of middleware application Common Services Interface.
Responsible to document system functionality, build technical flows, select services to be used, explain use of each service, create use cases, and guide client through their development process as single point of contact.
Will sometimes write requirements.
Will manage to a simple project schedule.
Will write status reports as necessary, and occasionally present at the executive level depending on project load.
Will serve in role as representative of AT&T to outside vendors and internal client application teams.
Document system flows using standard charting such as UML Interpret use of XML/Soap services for clients Read XML transactions and triage issues to correct receiving group Create architectural diagrams and documentation Write technical solution designs Manage a project issues list Manage a simple project schedule Write business requirements
